Products & Orders
The Heater Haus sells pool heating and cooling equipment from authorized manufacturers. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability. Product specifications and availability may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the equipment ordered is appropriate for their pool, electrical service, plumbing configuration, climate, and intended application. We are happy to provide sizing and product-selection assistance before purchase.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is released for shipment. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors and to cancel or refund an order affected by an error.
Shipping & Delivery
Most pool heat pumps are shipped by freight carrier. Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Carrier delays or circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for being available when required by the freight carrier.
Installation
Equipment should be installed by qualified professionals and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable local codes. The Heater Haus is not responsible for installation, site conditions, electrical or plumbing modifications, permitting, or damages resulting from improper installation or use.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our posted Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing your order.
Manufacturer Warranty
Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, eligibility, service procedures, and coverage are determined by the manufacturer. The Heater Haus will provide reasonable assistance to customers with manufacturer warranty questions.
