Shipping policy

The Heater Haus ships pool heating and cooling equipment throughout the continental United States.

Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order verification, holidays, or manufacturer/distributor fulfillment.

Freight Delivery
Pool heat pumps are large items and are typically shipped via LTL freight carrier. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier availability.

Once your order is in transit, the freight carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Please provide an accurate phone number when placing your order so the carrier can reach you if necessary.

Delivery
Freight deliveries are generally made curbside. The customer is responsible for moving the equipment from the delivery location and arranging installation.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, remote delivery locations, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before your order is finalized.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been released for shipment, changes or cancellations may not be possible and our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
