Refund policy

Returns
New, unused, and uninstalled equipment may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization from The Heater Haus.

Returned equipment must be in its original packaging and in new, resalable condition. Equipment that has been installed, connected, used, altered, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return freight costs unless the return is due to an error by The Heater Haus. Original shipping/freight costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund.
